Delivery Time
Please allow for 3-7 business days for order processing and verification before your items ship out. The estimated delivery time frame begins once your order has been confirmed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the specific items purchased.

Shipping Areas
We currently offer shipping to most locations. You will be able to check if we deliver to your area by entering your postal code during the checkout process.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight of your order, and your delivery destination. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Delivery Process
Our delivery service will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the items. It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise for any visible damage at the time of delivery before signing the receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we take great care in packing your orders, we kindly ask that you inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will need photos of the damage or the incorrect product to assist you promptly.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one was available to receive the items, our carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling. Please note that additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.
