How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the item and your location. Most in-stock items are processed within a few business days, with shipping times typically ranging from 3 to 10 business days. For custom or made-to-order items, please allow for additional production time, which will be clearly indicated on the product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Please check our shipping information page for any updates on service areas.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight of your items, and your delivery address. We often have promotions with free shipping on orders over a certain amount.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most unused and unassembled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Custom-made, final sale, and clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center. You will need your order number and email address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund or exchange.
What if my item arrives damaged or is defective?
We take great care in packaging our products, but sometimes damage can occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.
