We want you to be thrilled with your MUST purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center at mustfurnitures.com. Our automated system will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or if the exchange is being processed.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Shipping & Fees

Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exemptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special order items, and used or damaged goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Address

Please do not send your return to our physical offices or warehouses. To ensure your return is processed correctly, you must initiate the return through our online Returns Center at mustfurnitures.com and use the provided return shipping label and instructions.
